I haven’t posted hardly at all on this blog space. Keeping mostly to my corner of the message board. I didn’t want to just beg you all to buy my comic, Young Liars, and save my family from the poor house. But then I thought, the poor house ain’t so bad. It means I get to eat more of my low rent comfort food like this here little gem I’m about to share with you. Don’t be frightened, it tastes like the best damn Spaghetti-O’s you ever had in your life. You’ll dig it so much you’ll run out and buy two copies of my favorite comic book. Dip one in the sauce and preserve the other one forever in amber.
HOT DOGS AND SPAGHETTI
Ingredients:
I pkg. hot dogs
1lb. spaghetti (DiCecco is best)
3 cans of Campbells Tomato Soup
Medium yellow onion
1 tbsp Dried celery flakes
Worcestershire sauce
Cook up a pound of pasta. Dice up the onion and sauté with a little olive oil in a pan along with the celery flakes. About 5 min till soft. (don’t burn). Remove from pan and do the same with the hot dogs for a few minutes then add back in the onions and celery. Add in the three cans of tomato soup and three or four shakes of the Worcestershire sauce. Stir and bring to a simmer. Pour over the pasta and serve.
