Well it somehow escaped my notice that you were only here for 2 years. Is that 2 years from now, or 2 years from when you started (to put it another way, what's your last issue?)

I signed on for a total of two years or a total run of 24 issues, though it'll probably wind up being a couple more than that. My whole run will basically be one long story, the story of Blaze going after Zadkiel, which I will be wrapping up.

What makes you think superheroes go to heaven?

According to Earth X, they wind up in a big desolate city with backwards costumes. Also they forgot they died..

Was that heaven or just some strange after life? Or is that Purgatory? Confused

Saving all those people I'd assume. What do you think about Steve Rogers? Sinner? Saint? Is it kind of taboo to pass ultimate judgement on a Super Hero's in terms of sending them to the Marvel Heaven or Hell?

Sorry, I was just being a smart ass. I'm a huge fan of Captain America and would love to write him some day, but no, we won't see him or any other dead heroes in GHOST RIDER any time soon.

I know it's been said so many times by now, but Jason, issue 28 was your BEST issue yet! Now THIS is what I'm talkin about: character development. Jesus man I fell in love with everything in it: from the brief, sad time we got to know the Nima character (rest his soul) before DK murdered him, to the developing partnership tween JB and Sara. Hell even Dan Ketch's actions here made a lasting impression on me......despicable as they were.

But the one true eye-catcher for me here was Sara. Though she's only been around for 3 issues by damn she's already becoming my top fave character yet (next to JB, of course!). I'm really enjoying her presence in GR and I hope she'll grow to become a staple cast in the long run. And while #28 does give a tiny hint-hint, is there any possibility that Johnny and Sara's relationship might develop into......y'know......something more? Embarassed

So this is not about Ghost Rider specifically, but a few years back Ghosty was looking pretty back burner and now he is all action and Nicholas Cage. The question is this: Do Marvel or DC proposition writers to re-make old or outdated characters or do writers make the proposals? And on that note, which characters do you think are overdue for a good story?

Yes, that's a possibility, but remember, she is a nun.

It happens both ways, I suppose. And yeah, there are characters I'd like a shot at, but I'll keep that under wraps until I'm able to actually do it.

Welcome to the site.

Whatever you get into, I'm sure all fans would appreciate it!

Another Q:

It's been pretty evident that since you've taken on the Ghost Rider book, JB and the Ghost Rider posessing his body have the same character. Interestingly, Simon S. is also doing the same with Dan Ketch (who normally was put in the Void after the transformation)

Will there be any indication of a difference between Johnny Blaze's character and the Spirit posessing his body?

I think Dracula should get some kind of a re-vamping. Last time I remember seeing him, he was killed by Apocalypse and that was not cool. I'm just throwing that out there.

Right now, Blaze is pretty much calling the shots. We'll just have to wait and see if that lasts.

I agree. I'm a huge fan of the original TOMB OF DRACULA series, and would love to see Drac become a big time villain again.

I suddenly remembered that Blade fought and killed Dracula in the most recent series. That was completely whack. Someone needs to come with me and get some signs and go to Marvel and take it to the man.
